Who We Are

The approximately 770 non-faculty staff members of Williams College work in 58 different departments. As of 2004 our average length of service at the college is 11 years, and about 135 of us have worked at the college for more than 20 years. We are a diverse group with approximately 433 of us being women and 341 being men; 31 of whom are members of underrepresented groups.
