Wellness at Williams

Minimum of 10 participants required. Wellness at Williams reserves the
right to cancel/discontinue offerings with below minimum participation.
Class may be limited to Williams College employees/spouses, recreational members and Williams students. Preference will be given to Williams College employees. Please arrive on time, late arrivals may not have access to class.
Registration takes place at first class with each instructor unless otherwise noted.

Wellness at Williams programs are now eligible for reimbursement through Blue Cross Blue Shields Fitness Reward Program. Special receipts are necessary and will be issued by the Benefits Office after payment is received for Wellness classes.
