VIEW AND UPDATE YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION
In the left hand column under Self Service, click Personal Information.

- Online Directory Options: Review or change which pieces of home information (mailing address, phone, spouse/partner name) are displayed on the College's online directory.
- Home and Mailing Address: These home and mailing addresses are used by the Human Resources Office, including Payroll and Benefits; the President's Office; Dining Services, Facilities, and other administrative offices. The MAIL address appears on the College's online directory if you so choose.
- Phone Numbers: View and update your home and work phone numbers that appear in the printed and online directories and that are used in the College's emergency planning document. The MAIN phone number (which is your primary non-College phone for contact purposes) appears on the College's online directory if you so choose.
- Emergency Contacts: Update your emergency contact information, including adding new emergency contacts or changing who is your primary emergency contact.
VIEW PAYROLL and DIRECT DEPOSIT INFORMATION, including stopping or beginning to receive your pay advice slip.
In the left hand column under Self Service, click Payroll and Compensation.

- Your Paycheck: View your current or prior paychecks, check your federal and state tax marital status, view deduction amounts, view the amount the College is contributing to your TIAA-CREF account/s and other benefits. Print your paycheck information.
 | Year-to-Date Amounts Only the most recent paycheck includes Year-to-Date amounts. For example, if you want to print your last paycheck in December for tax purposes, you will need to print it before the first payroll is processed in January. - Direct Deposit: Review your direct deposit information. In addition, with the ability to view your paycheck online, you also have the ability to cease receiving a payroll advice slip in the mail. On the Direct Deposit page, click the Pay Statement Print Option hyperlink at the bottom of the page to make the change.
VIEW BENEFITS INFORMATION
In the left hand column under Self Service, click Benefits Information.

- Health Care Summary: Review medical and dental enrollment information.
- Savings Contribution Summary: Review your TIAA-CREF contribution percentages or amounts, current and prior.
- Health Care Dependent Summary: Review dependent health care enrollments, current and prior.
- Dependent/Beneficiary Info: Review dependent/beneficiary data, current and prior.
