Instructions for Renewing a MERA/DCRA Account
These are the instructions to complete the 2010 FSA-MERA/DCRA Online Enrollment for Existing Participants.
Must be completed by December 18, 2009
If you are paid on an academic year basis, please contact the Benefits Office for instructions.
To Logon to EBS' Participant Website
- Log on to www.myebsaccount.com
- Enter your UserName (the name you chose when you set up your account; default UserName is 99 followed by your 7-digit employee ID number available on your pay stub)
- Enter your Password (the password your chose when you set up your account; default is the last 4 digits of your employee ID number)
- Click the Login button
To Add Elections During the Open Enrollment Period
- Click Open Enrollment under the My Account menu.
- For each Plan type, click Enroll
- Enter your Annual Election Amount ($5,000 maximum). DO NOT USE $.
- Select 042104847_S under Payroll Calendar
- Click Save
- Choose Continue Enrolling to make additional Plan type elections OR Choose Confirm and Submit when done enrolling
Note: You may edit elections at any time during the Open Enrollment Period. When the Open Enrollment Period closes, your most recent election will be saved.
After all elections are Confirmed and Submitted, the following message will display:
"Your Application has been received. If you have any additional questions, please contact your administrator."
Print this confirmation page and keep it for your records.
- You can now select another menu option or logout.
To Update Your Email Address
- Click Update Profile in the Profile menu.
- Enter email address
- Click Save"
To Request Additional EBS Flex Card(s) for your Spouse or Dependent
- Download the Additional Flex Card Request form.
- Print the form, complete the form, and return it to EBS for processing.
