About this Handbook
The Office of Human Resources is pleased to announce the updated Williams College Administrative and Support Staff Handbooks. These handbooks supersede all previous editions of staff handbooks. The online versions reflect Williams' current policies and practices.
The policies stated in this document, along with all other policies, procedures, benefits, and other programs are subject to change at the discretion of the College. From time to time you may receive updated information concerning changes in policy. This handbook is not intended to, and does not, constitute a contract between the College and any of its employees concerning any of these matters.
Sections can also be printed from any on- or off-campus computer. Human Resources will print limited hard copies of policies upon request. A web version allows the manual to be updated as needed, and, therefore, the web version should be considered the most current one. We hope that by taking advantage of technology the manual will be more readily available to be used by staff and revised more regularly as needed.
