Campus Environmental Advisory Committee
The Campus Environmental Advisory Committee recommends policy on matters of environmental quality in the operation of the college; acts as a conduit for communication between students, faculty, and staff on these matters; and develops relevant environmental resources and strategies for Williams. Since the committee's work has effects that resonate beyond the boundaries of the campus, it maintains close contact with Williamstown officials and committees. Faculty membership includes at least one representative from each of the three divisions. The committee's ex officio members are the Vice President for Operations, the Assistant Vice President for Operations, the Director of Dining Services, and the Director of the Center for Environmental Studies. Meetings are typically open to all members of the college and Williamstown community. The committee reports to the President of the College and to the college community as a whole.
