Business
- Diana Prideaux-Brune, AVP for Facilities was the invited guest to the meeting. Unfortunately attendance was down probably because of summer plans and the conversation was not as robust as the June meeting had been.
Diana explained the operation in COS based on her recent and somewhat limited experience. There was a discussion about plans to review and revamp the multiple mail and printing operations on campus.
Much of the personal printing and distribution is going on outside of people's notice. The hope is that as the review of these processes campus wide continue and ultimately result in a more centralized solution this kind of personal work will become less likely. Nothing definitive was able to be shared at this point since the work is ongoing.
- August meeting was cancelled due to people's vacations.
