- Confirm change to 3 year terms from 4
- Informational sessions - questions
Business
- Staff Open Forum Questions on the Economy: Questions which had been submitted were pulled from the website, compiled, and reviewed by the committee. A lengthy discussion followed. Committee members have been asked to highlight 3 or 4 questions that are most representative from the many submitted. It was noted that Steve Klass is receiving all submitted questions too. The committee will convene again on Monday, April 6th to sort all questions submitted through March 31st. As of April 1st the website would no longer be accepting queries.
- Staff Open Forums: Two forums are being held in Chapin Hall. One is on Thursday, April 9th at 10:30 a.m. and the other is on Friday, April 10th at 2:45 p.m. Each should last approximately 75 minutes.
