Installing Meeting Maker

1. Download from www.williams.edu/go/software
2. Run the installer. If you will be synching your MM calendar with PDA (palm device) then you need to have the Palm Desktop software that came with your device installed first. As MM installs, choose to install the Meeting Maker date book conduit (address book and task list are not necessary).
3. Run Meeting Maker and click Select.
4. Choose TCP as the protocol. Click Configure and put in: mmaker.williams.edu
5. Hit OK. In a few seconds Williams 1 should show up in the Select Server field. Highlight it, then Select it.

Common problems:

"Could not complete your request because of internal error (-2146893802)"

1. To correct the problem, navigate to c:\Documents and Settings\Williams user\Application Data\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA
2. Delete the contents of the RSA folder. You should be able to log into Meeting Maker after this.
