Get access to your personal and shared file space on the Novell Netware servers.

--Switch to the Finder view (click your desktop background). Select the Go menu, then Connect to Server.
--For server address put in: hector.williams.edu, helen.williams.edu or achilles.williams.edu (hector is for faculty staff departments A to M (apx), helen is for faculty staff departments M to Z, achilles is for students.
--Click Connect and log in with your Williams username and password.
--Choose your department or class year volume. The volume will appear on your desktop. Open it and locate your own personal folder.
--Hold down the option and Apple keys (to the left of the space bar) and drag your folder to your desktop. It should show a black arrow indicating it will create a shortcut. If it shows a green plus sign you are copying rather than making a shortcut so try again. You can do this with the Shared folder as well.

Now when you double-click the shortcut you can log in and have easy access.
