OIT Computer Recycling Program

Seniors  - are you getting a new computer for Graduation?

Undergrads - now that you are done with the school year are you ready to toss your machine?

Don't!!!  Bring it down to the Facilities Recycling area (Agway barn).  OIT will re-use your system by installing a new harddrive with a licensed OS, and donating it to a local school.  If it is not possible to re-use the whole computer we may be able to part it out. If nothing can be re-used, we'll sort it for recycling.

Where is the recycling center?  At the end of Spring street stay to the right, go past Dennison gate house and turn left into the shed area.

For your security, harddrives will be removed from computers and destroyed to eliminate the possibility of data theft

This by itself is a good incentive to not just toss the computer in the trash!

Williams I.D. required to drop off equipment.

Printers, monitors and computer peripherals also accepted

12:30-2:30 pm week days, starting May 21st thru May 27th (Open Memorial Day!)

Questions? Call Cheryl Brewer in OIT at x3198 or email Cheryl.L.Brewer@Williams.edu
