Email for Alumni

Alumni email accounts are managed by the Alumni Office.

Alumni Relations works with the senior class to sign them up for forwarding long before the accounts are terminated. Right after commencement, we disable the williams.edu accounts and forward the alumni.edu email to the alumni.williams.edu address. If they've signed up - email is forwarded to hotmail, gmail, aol, whatever. If they haven't the address bounces a note back to the sender that states, "This alum has not yet signed up for email forwarding".
