To create a page, simply click on the Add Page link in the upper right hand area of each page. It is important to note the page will be added to the page you were currently on. For example, clicking on the Add Page link from this page will add a child page to this one.

The Notation Guide is particularly useful for using Confluence notation to format your pages.
