Setting up an automatic reply (Auto-reply) using the mirapoint webmail client
Note: You can turn Absence mail (Auto-reply) on and off from either the go/myaccount site or from the mirapoint webmail client. Either will work fine, but if you turn it on in one location, use the same location to turn it off.
- Log in to http://webmail.williams.edu
- Click the Options link in th upper right corner.
- Select the Mail: Settings section.
- Enter your reply subject and message. For example:
Subject: Out of Office
Message: Ephraim Williams will be on sabbatical from 1893 to 1895 with only occasional access to email. I will reply to your message pon my return.
- Select the Yes button.
- CLICK APPLY!
To turn auto-reply off:
- Log in to http://webmail.williams.edu
- Click the Options link in th upper right corner.
- Select the Mail: Settings section.
- Select the No button.
- CLICK APPLY!
