CLASS MEALS

The reunion chair or a member of the committee must make meal arrangements for Friday and Saturday dinners and Sunday brunch. Optional meals include Thursday dinner, Friday and Saturday breakfasts, and Friday lunch. Since food costs are the biggest budget item, review "ways to control costs of your reunion weekend" before making arrangements (page 8).

SELECTING A SITE - your choices are as follows:

• College Dining Hall - Driscoll, Faculty House, Greylock, The Log, or Mission Park;
• Indoor Spaces on Campus - College Art Museum Rotunda, Hockey Rink/Field House, Lasell Gym, Science Center Atrium, Griffin Hall #3, Stetson Faculty Lounge;
• Tent - near your headquarters or "common space" on campus; Mt. Hope Farm, or a classmate's home in town;
• Local Museums and other point of interest - The Clark, MASS MoCA;
• Local Restaurant - see list below.

Review your preferences with the staff to determine the available spots and appropriateness of each venue for your class.

If you plan to use a College dining hall, consult the table below to select the appropriate size facility. NOTE: Seating capacities may change depending on buffet tables, dance floors, etc.

If you plan to use a tent, contact Dining Services to order it. They will also order a small cook/prep tent. Reunion classes should expect the following charges for tent rental. (NOTE: These are approximate charges; Dining Services can give you an accurate cost for your needs).

If you plan to use a local restaurant, please contact them directly to make arrangements. The following is a list of the larger Williamstown establishments.
